Ingredients for Cauliflower fenugreek patties:

• White millet flour
• Fenugreek leaves
• Coriander
• Cauliflower
• Green chilies
• Oil
• Fresh low-fat curd for serving.


Methods for cooking Cauliflower fenugreek patties:

• Heat a boiling water and soak the cauliflower.
• Later when it’s done, mash the cauliflower and keep aside.
• Collect all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using the adequate amount of water.
• Divide the dough as per the size.
• Roll the dough using flour into circles.
• Heat a pan and cook the patties till brown spots don’t appear on both sides.
• Repeat with the same process with other dough.
