How to Make Your Hair Healthy?

Iodine is a mineral which is essential for normal thyroid gland function. Poor thyroid function causes loss of hair and makes the hair become dry and thin. The best source of iodine is the kelp. You can easily find the kelp tablets from health shops. Intake of the 1000mg tablet with your evening meal can help for a better result. Kelp is rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus which also promotes healthy hair.


Lecithin is rich in choline, inositol, and phosphorus, all of which are essential for hair growth and is a hair growth stimulants. The best sources of lecithin are soya beans or soya milk.
